Key Responsibilities: • Setup and maintain critical train dispatch systems • Lead incident resolution and conduct problem investigations • Collaborate with team members to enhance product support • Develop documentation and training materials for best practices • Participate in the development of new systems (PDS2.0)
Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience • Experience in a 24/7 support environment • Proficient in analyzing systems and proposing improvements • Knowledge of Kubernetes and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
