About the Role

Director, Ticket Sales responsible for overall ticket sales strategy across B2 B (Corporate) and B2 C (Consumer) channels, focusing on Season Seats and Partial Plans. This role oversees two sales leaders and teams, driving revenue growth through structured sales processes, data‑driven decision making and market expansion. Key Responsibilities

Oversee all ticket sales functions across B2 B and B2 C teams. Lead and develop sales managers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Build and execute overall ticket sales strategy for B2 B and B2 C teams. Monitor and analyze sales performance, pipeline health, and conversion metrics. Drive accountability through consistent reporting and performance management. Partner with Marketing, Partnerships, and Business Intelligence to optimize lead generation and sales conversion. Identify new revenue opportunities across markets, products, technology and customer segments. Support key strategic accounts and high‑value sales opportunities. Ensure CRM systems, reporting tools, and sales processes are optimized and consistently used. Develop and maintain a high‑performance culture across all sales teams. Attend Oilers and Oil Kings games to assist with in‑game activations, customer visits and manager‑on‑duty responsibilities. Who You Are

Minimum 3+ years of sales experience (B2 B preferred). Minimum 2+ years in a sales leadership role. Post‑secondary degree or diploma is an asset. Experience in sports, entertainment, or hospitality sales is an asset. Strong leadership presence, communication skills, and emotional intelligence. Ability to manage both in‑office and field‑based employees. Robust analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data. High level of accountability and ownership. Benefits
