Key Responsibilities:
• Develop clear, accurate, and comprehensive technical documentation
• Create user guides, configuration manuals, and operational procedures tailored for IT standards.
• Ensure documentation complies with client requirements, security policies, and accessibility standards.
• Maintain version control and manage documentation updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare project deliverables, including design documents, implementation guides, and compliance reports.
• Support project delivery by aligning documentation with client frameworks, ITIL processes, and government procurement guidelines.
• Familiarity with Government of Canada IT standards and security compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and documentation management systems.
