About Our Opportunities
We are always looking to connect with passionate Speech-Language Pathologists interested in providing school-based services through teletherapy. By joining Tiny EYE, you’ll have the opportunity to work with diverse student populations, collaborate with school teams, and make a meaningful impact, all from the comfort of your home.
Typical Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging virtual speech and language therapy sessions to school-aged students
Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with student goals
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress
Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and prepare progress reports
Monitor student outcomes and adjust therapy approaches as needed
Qualifications:
Active Speech-Language Pathology license in a Canadian province
Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is an asset
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Comfort working in a virtual environment
