Service Now Technical Architect
A leading global technology organisation is looking for a Service Now Technical Architect to join its rapidly growing Saa S and Service Now practice. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in designing and delivering innovative Service Now solutions across a diverse client base.

You’ll join a high-performing solutions team, working on large-scale digital transformation programmes across multiple industries. This role combines hands-on architecture, technical leadership, and client engagement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic design and delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing
Design and develop Service Now platform architecture aligned to business needs
Lead implementation across ITSM and ITOM modules
Own key areas including:
CMDB
Discovery
Event Management
Service Mapping
Define and deliver integration strategies (REST/SOAP APIs)
Run workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned to best practice
Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience as a Service Now Architect / Technical Architect
Proven delivery across ITSM and ITOM
Deep knowledge of:
Incident, Problem, Change
CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping
Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
Ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Certifications & Experience
Essential: Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Desirable:
CIS certifications (ITSM / ITOM)
ITIL certification
Experience in Agile or Waterfall delivery environments
