Type:1 year contract + extensions
Position: Sr. Digital Product Owner - AI, Chat Bot - Moving from AWS Lex to Generative (AWS Bedrock)
Hybrid 2-3 days a week downtown Toronto
Rate: 73-83 - depending on incorporated or not
Project:
creating high level strategy roadmaps for Chatbot & AI – moving from Lex to generative AI – look at planning, understanding bedrocks capabilities – LLM perspectives – Visioning and discovery)
Hands on experience leading team with AI scope in them
Moving from AWS Lex to Generative (AWS Bedrock ) Have a good understanding of AWS LEX and AWS Bedrock
Upgrading to LLMs – how one would maybe plan the strategy for that
Speak to any chat bot experience
Have specific examples from your resume:
5+ years of experience in digital product management (product vision, roadmap creation)
Moving from AWS Lex to Generative (AWS Bedrock ) Strong understanding of the technology landscape within AI, and it's implications on business outcomes
Agile experience
Stakeholder management excellence - will be partnering with internal AI teams and contact centre primarily
Strong communication
Sprint planning and execution skills
Strong ability to work within ambiguity in an innovative space
Working with innovation, AI or technology integration teams
PROJECT
Part of AI strategy - tied to Assist chat bot
More of a platform role - this role will look at how do we revamp technology behind the chatbot
It's not AI yet, how do we move to Gen AI - a lot of the up front work with tech partners - how do we look toward building this in sustainable fashion
Upgrading to LLMs - planning
Still be execution - will be very implementing
Type of person and skillset - very familiar with generative and how to think about that and implement
50/50 - business aspect for sure, how it folds into the other workstreams - technology piece - focused on technology.
Will think through build or buy - go to a vendor to implement
