This role is focused purely on Workday Financials deployments, with opportunities to work on both US based and global Workday programmes.

The Role
Lead end to end Workday Financials deployments with a strong focus on Workday FDM (Foundational Data Model)
Own full Workday project lifecycle across discovery, design, configuration, testing, and go live
Act as a Workday Financials SME, advising clients on best practice and scalable Workday solutions
Deliver across multiple Workday projects including both Launch and Your Way implementations
Provide leadership to consultants while supporting the growth of the Workday Financials practice
Key Responsibilities
Translate client requirements into Workday Financials and Workday FDM configurations
Engage senior stakeholders to present Workday solutions and influence design decisions
Lead cross functional Workday design conversations including integrations, reporting, and upstream impacts
Support Workday pre sales cycles as a Financials SME across client engagements
Contribute to internal Workday capability building, training, and knowledge sharing
Requirements
5 to 7+ years of Workday Financials consulting experience across enterprise clients
Proven track record delivering multiple end to end Workday Financials implementations
Strong expertise across Workday Financials modules such as P2 P, O2 C, R2 R, Expenses, Projects
Deep understanding of Workday FDM and its impact across Financials architecture
Ability to manage multiple Workday deployments simultaneously in a client facing environment
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
Workday Financials certification is a must for this role
Workday FDM experience strongly preferred
Experience configuring Workday Financials business processes and data structures
Comfortable working in a consulting environment with flexible, minimal travel requirements
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary up to 185,000 USD
Bonus structure of 15 to 20 percent
Flexible travel model with minimal on site requirements
