Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery
Own end-to-end delivery of Word Press projects (custom themes, plugins, e-commerce, migrations, performance optimization).
Break requirements into tasks, timelines, milestones, and sprints.
Create and manage project plans, sprint boards, and delivery schedules.
Ensure scope, cost, and timelines are clearly defined and controlled.
Client Communication
Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
Lead requirement gathering, kickoff calls, weekly status updates, and delivery reviews.
Manage client expectations, handle change requests, and ensure transparency.
Team Coordination
Coordinate with Word Press developers, UI/UX designers, QA, and teams.
Assign tasks, track progress, remove blockers, and ensure accountability.
Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Quality & Risk Management
Ensure Word Press best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines are followed.
Oversee QA cycles, UAT support, and final production releases.
Identify delivery risks early and proactively resolve issues.
Process & Documentation
Maintain clear documentation: BRDs, SOWs, user stories, acceptance criteria.
Improve delivery processes, templates, and SOPs continuously.
Ensure proper handover, deployment, and post-launch support readiness.
