The individual will own the following responsibilities:Provide project management leadership for full NetSuite implementation or major enhancement projectsDrive project initiatives by collaborating with the rest of the delivery team to ensure that solution development milestones and deadlines are metEnsure that BDO project governance framework is applied to projects and that governance documentation is maintained, published and stored according to BDO Quality Audit standardsEnsure that the BDO Project Team follows BDO Implementation Methodology and is producing deliverables to standards and on scheduleReview Key Deliverables to assure scope and budget remain aligned as well as the contractual terms and scope of assigned projectsConduct design and peer reviews including individual and team unit testingWork with the project team to review problems, define and test solutionsMentor colleagues and provide guidance and supportHelp set the technical direction of the practice as well as provide input to BDO PMO for ongoing refinement of BDO Project Governance, Implementation Methodology, contracts and templatesHow do we define success for your role?You demonstrate BDO's core values through all aspect of your work: Integrity, Respect and CollaborationYou understand your client’s industry, challenges, and opportunities; client describe you as positive, professional, and delivering high quality workYou identify, recommend, and are focused on effective service delivery to your clientsYou share in an inclusive and engaging work environment that develops, retains and attracts talentYou actively participate in the adoption of digital tools and strategies to drive an innovative workplaceYou grow your expertise through learning and professional development Your experience and educationMinimum 5 years of NetSuite or equivalent ERP experience including the management of budget, risks, resources, scope, issues, changes and quality Project Management experience.Broad knowledge of NetSuite functional capabilities across multiple modules is preferred.Experience with MS Project.PMP designation and/or NetSuite certifications are preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with clients, project team members, and senior managementExceptional presentation skills for internal/external purposesAbility to thrive in a virtual, collaborative organization and atmosphereExcellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects involving a variety of resources with defined deadlines/schedulesAble to adapt quickly to changing client requirementsEnjoy working in a self-teaching, learning organizationAbility to build strong relationships with clients and team membersWhy BDO?Our people-first approach to talent has earned us a spot among.
