Position Overview
Hammehr Talent Consultants is partnering with a startup software company in Canada to help recruit their next Enterprise Sales Executive. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong track record of securing new business and selling software to large O&G companies across North America.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Drive the introduction and penetration of our client’s software to the oil and gas sector. Identifying key opportunities for growth and forging strategic partnerships to solidify a strong market presence.
- Develop tailored sales pitches that effectively articulate the value of the software, addressing the unique challenges within the oil and gas industry.
- Implement a consultative sales approach to align our client’s software with the business goals of clients, ensuring integration into their growth strategies.
- Manage negotiations to forge long-term, strategic partnerships that promote sustained revenue growth.
- Continuously update and adapt product knowledge to meet the evolving needs of the market and client demands.
- Formulate and execute sales strategies using agile methods to quickly penetrate new markets and secure foundational deals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships within senior management and key decision-makers in the oil and gas industry to enhance sales and expand our customer base.
- Oversee the successful integration of software solutions for new clients, providing ongoing support to maximize client engagement and loyalty.
- Stay informed about industry trends and feedback to collaborate on product enhancements, maintaining the competitive edge of our offerings.
- Effectively manage a pipeline of sales opportunities and optimize internal sales processes, ensuring efficient transitions from marketing to account management.
Basic Requirements (Must Have)
- A minimum of 5 years in enterprise software sales within the oil & gas industry, emphasizing new business acquisition.
- Strong background in B2 B Saa S platform sales
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas within complex B2 B sales environments.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and negotiate with senior stakeholders, including VPs and C-suite executives.
- Comprehensive experience in managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to deal closure.
