Responsibilities
Source and develop your own leads through networking, outreach, referrals, and field prospecting. Sell TELUS telecom solutions including mobility, wireline, internet, security, Io T, and business services.
Conduct in-person or virtual sales presentations to SMB and residential clients.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and closed deals.
Report to the office 2–3 times per week for meetings, updates, training, and performance check‑ins.
Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with TELUS standards and sales processes.
Provide exceptional customer service and follow‑up to ensure smooth activation and onboarding.
Qualifications
Previous experience in telecom, sales, or customer‑facing roles (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
Self‑motivated with the ability to independently generate and manage leads.
Reliable transportation for client visits and field work.
Ability to work in‑office 2–3 days per week.
A goal‑oriented mindset and commitment to high performance.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is someone who has previous experience in the telecom industry—whether with Rogers, Bell, TELUS, or other mobility/wireline providers—and already understands the products, processes, and customer needs.
They should have:
A personal customer base or strong network they can immediately leverage for sales.
An outgoing, confident, and energetic personality that thrives in conversations and presentations.
A self‑motivated, disciplined, and hungry mindset, with the drive to consistently self‑source leads.
Proven experience in mobility, internet, home security, B2 B telecom, or retail telecom sales.
The ability to work both independently and in a team setting, with regular office reporting.
A strong desire to grow, earn, and exceed targets—many of our active reps are already earning six‑figure incomes through performance.
