Position Summary
Pet Ambassador event (single event) on Oct 25 2025 – 9 hours total: 3 hours training, 1 hour pre‑event call, 5 hours in store. Opportunity to earn a $200 photo contest prize and future Pet Ambassador work.
Responsibilities
Tidy and present client products on shelves, set up POS material.
Build and maintain relationships with store associates, management, and pet parents.
Provide pet health, nutrition, and product knowledge to store associates with guidance from the client and store managers.
Engage pet parents and pets in‑store and at events to build brand awareness and affinity.
Delight customers with personalized product recommendations.
Set up demos and displays as required.
Maintain and leverage client materials, equipment, and handouts.
Support special projects and recommendation driving.
Qualifications
Pet enthusiast with passion for pet health and nutrition.
Reliable transportation to multiple stores.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Minimum age 18 years.
Preferred experience working with pets; preferred educational background (RVT, AHT, BSc, MSc in pet field) but not required.
Smart device access for reporting.
