About the Role
T&T Power Group is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage full‑cycle recruitment for industrial, technical, and corporate support roles across Canada.
This role requires the ability to evaluate technical experience, partner closely with hiring managers, and source talent in competitive, specialized markets.
What You’ll Do
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for industrial, technical, and operational roles
Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements, certifications, and field experience
Develop targeted sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑find, skilled talent
Proactively source candidates through Linked In Recruiter, industry channels, networking, and direct outreach
Conduct in‑depth screening interviews with a strong focus on industry experience and role fit
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offers with a high standard of professionalism
Represent T&T Power Group as a knowledgeable and credible employer in the industrial space
What We’re Looking For (Key Requirements)
Proven recruitment experience in an industrial, technical, or skilled‑trades environment
Minimum 2+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience (agency or in‑house)
Demonstrated ability to recruit for field service, technicians, skilled trades, or equipment‑focused roles
Strong understanding of how to assess hands‑on experience, certifications, and technical qualifications
Proficiency with Linked In Recruiter and Indeed
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and operate with urgency
A direct, structured, and consultative recruiting approach
