Hi! Looking for someone to help me with a very simple, easy business admin task.
- Role name: Real estate business assistant- Hours: Approx once per week, in midday/afternoon, "shift" duration can be anywhere from 3hr to 8hr depending on town / investment site.- Task: drive to an investment site in various south/east ontario towns, take notes, post notes and videos/pictures in a google sheet.- Typical Shift: drive ~1-2 hours from your home to a real estate investment location, take easy notes/pictures/videos for ~45 minutes, drive 1-2 hours again back home, spend 15-30 minutes posting the notes on google drive, clock out.- Pros: FULLY AUTONOMOUS / unsupervised. As long as business notes/basic photos about the investment sites are posted to google sheets, you are paid. You're free to spend as much time on your phone or doing other things as you want, as long as the job gets done within timeframe.
Students or part-timers welcome. This can turn into a longer term opportunity and larger business role for those interested and that show potential.
