Description What is the Opportunity?As a Senior Cyber Security Analyst in the Identity Access Management (IAM) Onboarding Team, you will work with the IAM Application Onboarding Team to integrate RBC applications into RBC’s enterprise authentication services. We’re looking for an ambitious, curious, and proactive individual with knowledge in the cloud computing space who challenges the status quo, is constantly thinking about flexibility, robustness, and simplicity in everything we do.What will you do?Work with business partners and application teams across the RBC Enterprise to provide training on authentication services, explain the onboarding process, document requirements, and submit requests for onboarding.Provide Consultative services to ensure requirements are in compliance with RBC StandardsIdentify and Report security risks in accordance with our RBC StandardsParticipate in all aspects of onboarding testing as needed, this may include:Test case scenarios creation and assisting with test case writing.Assisting with DEV, SAI (UAT) and PIV testingProvide support with tasks and ad-hoc requests as requiredFind and implement solutions to improve the efficiency of the onboarding process.Report on Authentication onboarding progress and metrics.Review, analyze, and define onboarding requirements as reflected in the requirement document that application teams provide and contribute to the technical development specifications by ensuring that requirements for onboarding have been metWhat do you need to succeed?Must-have:2-4 years IAM experience preferably as a Business Analyst with progressively increasing responsibilities in the areas of requirements management in small to medium projects.1-3 years of experience with authentication services/SSO (Azure AD, Okta, etc.) and an understanding of security protocols such as LDAP-S, SAML, WS-Federation, SCIM, OAuth, and OIDCDeadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high-quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously.Data analysis and reporting skills / Solid understanding and experience with SDLCAbility to adapt to constantly changing technical, regulatory, and compliance environmentsExperience working on multiple assignments and tasks concurrently, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while handling stressful situations with emotional intelligenceNice-to-have:Experience with one or more of IAM capabilities & tools (e.g. Azure AD, CyberArk, SailPoint IIQ, Okta, PingFed, etc.)IT Standards, Methodologies, CMM, & audit requirementsProfessional certification(s) related to information security or information risk management such as CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSPEducation:A Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, Business Analysis, Management Information SystemsRBC is committed to supporting flexible work arrangements when and where available.
