Our e Commerce division, offers businesses a video chat tool, Optimy, that is the first e Commerce plug-in that allows for a live video chat conversation within the customer's web browser that is 100% private & secure. The video chat function lets businesses interact with customers and sell products online, just like they would in-store, increasing conversion rates from site visits to sales revenue.*Responsibilities:** ·Conduct lead research and prospecting, initiating contact with Optimy’s ideal customer profile (ICP) and buyer personas (BP) to raise awareness of the Optimy platform.* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive sector, with a focus on e-commerce platforms for dealerships, and other service providers.* Develop and cultivate relationships with ICPs and BPs, scheduling initial meetings and expanding the client base for the sales team.* Qualify inbound leads, understanding the needs and challenges of prospective customers.* Manage and track leads effectively using Hubspot, ensuring a streamlined lead pipeline.* Educate potential customers on best practices for live engagement with website visitors using our platform.* Provide regular feedback on interactions with the ICP and identify areas for improvement.* Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities in the e-commerce segment.*Qualifications:** 2+ years of sales experience, preferably with at least 1 year within the Automotive industry.* Automotive technology experience is a plus.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining attention to detail.* Passionate about sales, software, mobile, and technology.* Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.* Proven track record of achievements or competition.* Motivated by uncapped earning potential.*Why Optimy?:** Cutting-edge technology delivering remarkable results.* Competitive compensation rewarding strong performance.* Comprehensive sales training and mentorship to excel in software sales or enhance existing sales skills.* Fast-tracked career progression opportunities as continues its upward trajectory, offering ample chances for advancement within the organization.
