Job Description :

THE ROLE

This is a position in healthcare pharmaceutical promotional marketing communications, targeted to both healthcare professionals and consumers. Project Management Organization (PMO) is a critical component to the success of the agency. The PMO not only drives projects but moves business forward. The Project Manager plans, directs, and coordinates all tactical activities of client engagements to ensure that project goals are accomplished within the prescribed time frame, funding parameters, and scope under the oversight of the Senior Project Manager.

Operations
Directs and manages project development from beginning to end with oversight
Develops project plans and collaborates with Senior Project Manager to specify goals, schedule tasks, identify risks, develop contingency plans, and allocate resources
Uses Waterflow and select Agile Project Management methodologies to promote rapid delivery of high-quality materials
Champions agencywide integration of project management methodologies and terminology and maintains ongoing compliance with online routing systems and other workflow tools
Communicates clear direction and information to ensure delivery teams understand project plans and requirements
Conducts scrums and internal project status meetings with cross-functional internal teams
Develops and maintains project documentation using agency project management tools
Coordinates, motivates, and follows up with account managers, delivery teams, and client staff to ensure project progresses on schedule and goals and requirements are met
Prepares daily project status and resource reports and keeps management, clients, and others informed of project status and related issues
Confers with project team to resolve project- and delivery-related issues
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor


Financial
Prepares accurate and timely estimates, project requirements, and builds project plans
Discusses contingency planning and alignment to SOW with Senior Project Manager
Manages project scope and discusses/prepares change orders
Generates monthly output forecasts and makes suggestions on revenue/work escalations, change orders, and transfers, where appropriate. Reviews with Senior Project Manager
Obtains vendor costs and timing when developing and finalizing client estimates
Works with Senior Project Manager to clearly define project assumptions and scope parameters
Works with account manager to address estimate constraints and monitor scope/assumptions
Alerts Senior Project Manager when financial issues arise


MUST HAVE

Please only apply if you have the following:
HCP and/or DTC experience at a healthcare advertising agency
2+ years of Project Management experience
Knowledge of pharmaceutical promotional guidelines is highly desired
4-year undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Experience in digital, social, print and broadcast/video production is a plus
Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Word and Excel, is required
Proficiency with project management software is desired
Excellent verbal/written communication skills and ability to work with a wide range of individuals and personalities
Solutions-oriented problem-solving skills and ability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment and multiple workstreams

    Ontario is one of the thirteen provinces and territories of Canada.
