Role Overview
You will lead an Agile IT project implementing a cloud Saa S contact centre solution , ensuring successful delivery across scope, schedule, and budget while managing stakeholders and vendors in a customer-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end project delivery using Agile methodologies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and reporting
• Ensure successful implementation of Saa S solutions and system integrations
• Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, and change readiness
• Deliver projects aligned with enterprise PM frameworks and standards
✅ Mandatory Qualifications
✔ PMP certification
✔ Significant experience as an IT Project Manager
✔ Proven experience delivering Agile projects
✔ Experience implementing cloud Saa S solutions , including vendor coordination
✔ Experience in contact centre or customer service environments
✔ Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer-focused mindset
✔ Ability to lead business and technical stakeholders through change and adoption
⭐ Assets & Preferred Experience
• Experience with contact centre technologies (telephony, IVR, workforce management, CRM integrations)
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops
• Familiarity with cloud and Saa S platforms
