Job description:
We are looking to add another Project Manager to our team. We are looking for someone who demonstrates reliability, leadership, professional communication skills, and self-motivation and is goal-oriented.

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction/restoration projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget.
Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress against established programs.
Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
Develop and implement quality control programs.
Represent the company in change order negotiations with trades.
Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients.
Direct the purchase of building materials from suppliers to the site.
Hire and supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff.

Must have experience with Xactimate
2-5 years of successful restoration project management/construction experience.
Provide a clean driver abstract and hold a valid, insurable driver's license (G)
Proven problem management and issue resolution skills.
Ability to work effectively with others while translating plans, concepts and intentions into actions that will achieve results.
Ability to proactively share information as well as present information clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing; be an active listener.
Ability to work effectively within various stressful situations and challenges, and with multiple individuals or groups.
Ability to travel extensively throughout the Greater Toronto Area
Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.
Pay:ย CA$65,000.00 - CA$85,000.00 per year
