Overview We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee system projects and programs of varying complexity. This role involves assembling project teams, managing resources, developing schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation strategies, with experience in both SDLC and ITIL frameworks. Key Responsibilities Assemble and lead project teams, identifying appropriate resources and managing schedules. Actively manage stakeholder relationships and mitigate project risks. Coordinate team activities based on system scope and project objectives. Oversee interdependencies and integration of related projects within a program. Set strategies and execute programs to deliver long-term business value. Apply SDLC and ITIL frameworks to manage technology project risks and issues. Make decisions regarding work priorities and approaches, guided by professional standards and documented procedures. Ensure project deliverables align with organizational goals and compliance standards. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in technical product selection, design, and implementation of IT solutions. Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. Passion for contributing to continuous improvement in consumer experiences. Ability to work independently and follow documented procedures and standards. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Business Administration. Experience in data warehouse, decision support, and reporting system environments. Working knowledge of Oracle and IBM RDBMS, executive information systems, and statistical software. Familiarity with development languages and tools including COBOL, CICS, DB, ASP, COM,. NET, and SQL. Six Sigma and/or PMI certification. Experience in the health solutions industry. Certifications Six Sigma and/or Project Management Institute (PMI) certification (preferred).
