Join Cuso International as a Volunteer Project Development Advisor in Lima, Peru, beginning in June 2026. This role offers a chance to drive inclusive growth and engage with local initiatives.
The Project Development Advisor will collaborate closely with local partners to assess opportunities and develop strategic proposals. Key tasks include securing funding for rural enterprises and building relationships with the Canadian private sector. Your role will promote dignity and capability among underserved communities through effective project management and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish coordination channels with Canadian companies
• Provide training to local stakeholders in business development
• Participate in funding proposal creation
• Work alongside the Cuso Programs team during field activities
• Complete other assigned tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Degree in International Development, Economics or similar
• Experience in project management or NGOs
• Background in training and social diagnostics
• Ability to adapt to diverse environments
• Creative and judicious with strong teamwork skills
