About the Role
Reporting to senior finance leaders, you will oversee project accounting, forecasting, and reporting. The position is highly cross-functional, providing the chance to work closely with colleagues in both finance and operations to ensure accurate information and strong decision support.
What You’ll Do
Manage and reconcile project budgets, expenses, and cost tracking
Prepare cash flow forecasts, reforecasts, and financial variance analyses
Provide inputs to planning and project modeling activities
Complete journal entries, reconciliations, and recurring month-end deliverables
Support audit preparation and assist with compliance requirements
Participate in ad-hoc projects, financial analysis, and process improvements
What You Bring
Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field ; CPA or progress toward designation is an asset 3+ years of accounting experience, ideally with exposure to project-based or asset-focused work
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and explain findings
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting systems
Effective communicator with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
