Personal Care: Assisting with bathing, dressing, hygiene, and mobility.
Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Supporting with tasks like eating, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
Medication Management: Reminding clients about medications and helping with their administration.
Emotional Support: Providing companionship and fostering a positive environment.
Transportation: Arranging appointments and errands.
Communication: Maintaining open communication with the client and family.
Safety: Ensuring a safe environment for the client and themselves.
Incident Reporting: Documenting any changes in the client's condition or behavior.
Other Duties: Depending on the client's needs, this may include laundry, shopping, and other household tasks.
