Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Product Delivery to lead a portfolio of digital commerce and platform transformation programs for enterprise clients. This is a hands-on, client-facing consulting leadership role for someone with strong Agile delivery expertise who can guide teams and influence outcomes. You will partner with clients, engineers, and product teams to deliver modern digital experiences while scaling delivery excellence.
In this role, you will lead delivery across multiple client engagements, driving outcomes for digital commerce, web platforms, and customer experience initiatives. You will oversee cross-functional teams across multiple Agile squads, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution. This is not a traditional program management role—you will act as a player-coach, staying close to delivery while mentoring teams and shaping execution.
You will work directly with clients to define success, navigate ambiguity, and drive programs forward, while also contributing to practice growth through process improvement, team development, and business development support. This role is ideal for someone from a consulting or digital services background who is ready to take on broader ownership across a portfolio of work.
Essential Functions
Lead delivery for a portfolio of client engagements, including large-scale digital commerce and platform transformation programs
Act as a client-facing engagement leader, building trusted relationships with Director+ stakeholders
Drive successful delivery across scope, timelines, quality, and business outcomes
Stay hands-on in Agile delivery, supporting backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery execution when needed
Lead and coordinate multi-squad engineering teams (10–50+ engineers) across multiple workstreams
Define and track success metrics (KPIs) for programs and ensure alignment with client objectives
Coach and mentor Product Managers and Delivery Leads, fostering a high-performing team environment
Navigate delivery challenges, manage risks, and resolve escalations effectively
Contribute to practice development, including refining delivery methodologies, improving processes, and supporting hiring efforts
Support business development activities, including solutioning, estimation, and client presentations
Qualifications
8–15 years of experience in software delivery within consulting or digital services environments
Proven experience leading large-scale Agile delivery programs or portfolios of work
Strong hands-on Agile experience (Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, Product Owner, or similar)
Experience delivering digital commerce, e-commerce, retail, or customer experience platforms strongly preferred
Experience managing client relationships at Director+ level and owning delivery outcomes
Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams (10–50+ people)
Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced consulting environments
Experience mentoring or managing delivery team members and contributing to team growth
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
