We are hiring for an experienced PLC Programmer who will be responsible for designing, programming, and supporting industrial automation systems, with a focus on reliability, efficiency, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. PLC Programming & Automation
Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC systems using Structured Text, Ladder Logic, and Function Block Diagram
Design and implement automated assembly systems using PC-based platforms such as Beckhoff PLC and Twin CAT 3
2. HMI & System Integration
Design and configure HMI interfaces for real-time monitoring and operator control
Integrate PLCs with field devices and systems using protocols such as Ether CAT, Ethernet/IP, and RS-485/232
3. Drives, Motion & Control Systems
Configure and commission servo drives and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
Perform PID loop tuning and apply motor control knowledge including starters, overloads, and soft starters
4. Electrical Systems & Panel Work
Read and interpret electrical schematics; troubleshoot control panels and field wiring
Build and wire low-voltage control panels, including DIN rail assemblies and panel layouts
5. Field Devices & Instrumentation
Install and commission sensors, limit switches, scanners, and motion detection devices
Diagnose and resolve issues related to electrical field instrumentation and control components
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (or Technical Diploma with equivalent hands-on experience) with 5+ years in PLC programming and industrial automation Proven expertise in commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimizing automated systems , with strong knowledge of industrial safety standards, electrical codes, and documentation practices Utilize Auto CAD, Inventor/Solid Works, or Electrical CAD tools for design and documentation
Apply knowledge of building automation, security systems, and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Visio, Power Point)
