Your extensive experience in Human Resources systems integration and implementation projects, along with your proven expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning systems, aligns well with this position. Key Responsibilities:
Provide functional and technical support for People Soft HCM (Canadian & North American Payroll)
Troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll and system issues
Support multiple modules including Time & Labor, Benefits, and HR
Work closely with clients to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
Develop fixes, recommend configurations, and share best practices
Collaborate with global teams and contribute to knowledge sharing
Key Requirements:
5+ years of People Soft HCM experience (Canadian Payroll required)
Strong expertise in North American Payroll, tax setup, and year-end processing
Hands-on experience supporting end users and resolving payroll issues
Knowledge of People Soft (versions 8.0–9.2) and full lifecycle implementations
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Nice to Have:
Experience with Time & Labor, Global Payroll, and Benefits modules
Ability to work independently in a remote, client-facing environment
