Description

Position: E-commerce Customer Service Specialist
Location: Downtown
Salary: up to 55K per year

Responsibilities: 
- Building relationships and communicating by phone, emails and in person on receiving orders, customer inquiries and any business relating to the brand
- Coordinating the flow of orders
- Managing the website and ensuring flow of orders, inventory control and answering customer inquiries
What you need:
- 1 to 2 plus years of experience
- Experience with EDI or Momentis a strong asset
