• Reliable – you’re early, not just “on time”
• Physically strong — you don’t get gassed easily. You know you got what it takes to push even when the job seems insurmountable.
• Experienced – at least 1–2 years in physically demanding labor, specifically landscaping.
• Teachable – you follow instructions, improve fast, and don’t make the same mistake twice. We don’t tolerate attitudes or egos.
• Ambitious – you’re not here to coast; you’re EAGER to earn your spot and GROW
