Duties and Responsibilities

The key job functions are:

Foster and evolve relationships internally and externally
Supervise and support the corporate Thought Leadership program
Oversee support of the corporate training programs while working closely with the operations support team to ensure effective delivery
Effectively create processes, understand workflows, and oversee multiple projects
Oversee business metrics within the development team and understand the business metrics associated to the support and how they impact each other
Anticipate potential problems and proactively find solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue
Communicate issues with the team to devise ways of improving the experience
Develop, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards
Execute the vision of Thought Leadership and oversee the day to day as needed, as the portfolio and other projects expand
Build the general orientation and ongoing educational programs based on learning needs
Evaluate the effectiveness and quality of development programs against appropriate objectives and standards
Develop and support learning tools
Lead the recruiting and onboarding for new speaker talent
Manage the information from Member feedback and find methods of improvement
Communicate issues with the Speaker Relations team to devise ways to improve
Create, foster, and maintain an environment of cross-department collaboration, knowledge sharing / learning, and support
Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors that support the operational execution and profitability of the business
Act as the primary information source for the team, maintaining compliance, consistency, and taking corrective action when needed


Post-secondary education with a certificate or diploma in Management or another relevant field

Minimum of 3 years management or leadership experience
Minimum of 8 years of operations experience


Must have strong interpersonal skills
Proven leadership and communication
Solid quantitative skills to understand site financial performance and operating statistics (KPIs)
Must have the ability to handle multiple priorities while performing quality work in an efficient manner with minimal supervision
Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Dynamics, and Outlook
Bilingual French and English would be considered an asset though not a requirement

Base Salary: $95,000 per year

Full benefits package included

Monday-Friday (Flexible start time between 7-8:30AM)
Full time hours

Remote Work:

This position is not remote. You are required to be on site.

This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
