Required Skills:

• hands on experience in OFSAA suite of solutions to support the delivery of the Anti-Money Laundering applications and solutions.

• Demonstrated strong experience delivering or supporting OFSAA suite of solutions (Good to Have - Oracle Financial Crime and Compliance Management suite experience).

• Good number years of development and support experience having implemented OFSAA suite of solutions within at least 2 or more client sites.

• 3+ years relevant experience of leading technical teams in a team lead capacity and implementation of new technology (COTS/SaaS, custom) (Nice to have).

• Strong experience using various OFSAA platform components - Data Modelling, DQ Framework, T2T, F2T, Batch Operations, DIH (must have), ODI (must have).

• Experience with Cloud implementations and Agile delivery (Nice to have).

• Deep expertise and experience with technology standards, and leading large and varied teams of professionals in large-scale applications/projects across multiple areas involving significant scope and complexity.

• Readiness and motivation to direct and lead a diverse group or team of IT professionals focused on complex development, integrations, system enhancements, new releases, large-scale applications, projects across multiple product lines, businesses, involving significant scope and complexity.

• Experience and natural affinity for providing operational team direction and working autonomously in an operations role and can collaborate effectively with others to establish and support on common goals.

• Experience with Cloud implementations and Agile delivery (Nice to have).
