Leesta Industries is seeking a Methods Manager to lead our team and help improve machining processes that support our production of aerospace parts.

This is a newly created position, offering a unique opportunity to shape the role and contribute directly to our operational success.

This role is ideal for a senior Methods Agent, a Project Manager with strong technical expertise, or someone who has led technical projects or mentored teams — and is ready for the next step in their career.

What you'll do: Lead and support the methods team (programming, process planning, technical documentation)

• Optimize machining processes and production methods to improve performance and reduce risk
• Work closely with production, quality, and NPI & Sales teams to deliver on technical requirements and timelines
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to operational excellence

What we’re looking for:

• Engineering degree or technical background in manufacturing/machining
• Experience leading technical projects or mentoring teams (formal management title not required)
• Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM (Mastercam, NX Siemens an asset)
• Solid communication, problem-solving, and people skills
• Bilingual (French/English) required
