JOB SPECIFICATION:

Develop project concepts and ensure full management, as appropriate;
Participate and lead brainstorming sessions as needed;
Design and draw 3D CAD mechanical parts;
Provide ongoing communication with the client to gather relevant information;
Manage production and communication to different departments such as purchasing and production;
Supervise the installation of systems at the customer.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in engineering design
5 years of special experience in moving machine design, like packaging machines
Good analytical and synthesis skills.
Dynamic and responsible person with a good sense of work organization.
Team spirit, rigor, creativity and versatility.
Knowledge of Inventor and Autocad software.
Mastery in 3D design of mechanical parts.
Bilingual, English and French, written and spoken.
