Responsibilities:- Promoting and enforcing department standards and goals
- Overseeing daily operations of assigned area while ensuring the park safety standards are upheld
- Work with supervisory team to maintain departmental consistency
- Provide training, direction and development for supervisory team
- Monitoring staffing levels for assigned area
- Develop, Execute and monitor training, motivation and performance management for assigned area
- Ensure all scheduling and labour budget for assigned area is monitored and maintained
- Assist with long term planning, budgets, coordination or ride downtime calls, coordination of audits, creation of leadership workshops, development of initiatives to improve associate performance, overseeing in-service training programs and other projects as assigned by full time management team
- Assist with additional projects as required
- Proven leadership skills and prior work experience in a managerial/supervisor role is essential
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines and work under pressure to produce results
- Energetic, confident and professional manner
- Proven guest service skills and experience with conflict resolution
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
