Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).​ ​Key Responsibilities:​​Configure, customize, and maintain our Salesforce instance to align with evolving business needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes on the Salesforce platform. Demonstrate expertise in Sales force Service Cloud and Health Cloud, implementing andintegrating SF platforms' out-of-the-box utilities/applications. Customize and configure Salesforce platforms to suit unique workflows, processes, and data models, integrating with external applications as needed. Design and implement automation such as flows, approval processes, and triggers to streamline operations and boost efficiency. Develop custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide valuable insights for data (1) driven decision-making. Manage user profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies. Create and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, workflows, validation rules, and process builder flows to automate business processes. Provide user support, training, and documentation to enhance user productivity on the Salesforce platform. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize performance and scalability. Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates, releases, and best practices, making recommendations for enhancements and improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing Key Requirements and Technology Experience: ​​A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a deepunderstanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, especially SF Service Cloud and Health Cloud. Possession of Salesforce Administrator certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator) is mandatory. Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization, including the creation of custom objects, fields, workflows, and reports. Strong analytical skills to comprehend complex business requirements and translate them into efficient Salesforce solutions.
