Since 2014, our client has been a pioneer in the field of media and imaging. Their suite of proprietary hardware and software solutions capture and simultaneously beam live images in real time around the globe. Their client base includes some of the largest global brands including ESPN, NBA, NCAA, Warner Brothers, AT&T, and DHL.

THE MISSION

Our client is looking for their first ever Chief Technology Officer.

This role will oversee 3 teams - A Software Development and Test team of 6 - 8, led by a Head of Engineering.

A Hardware Engineering and Production team of 6, led by a Head of Production and Technology.

A Product Management and Product (UX/UI) Design team of 2.

The main focus is on establishing a Product Roadmap for Hardware and Software, which is selling well but needs to be scaled as the company moves from being events-oriented to Enterprise B2B Software- and Hardware-as-a-Service.

EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE

A minimum of 6 - 8 years in Engineering Leadership.

A background in broadcasting, video conferencing, display engineering, or telecommunications would be preferred.

Experience managing teams that drive software AND hardware development.

Experience with Microsoft domains and C++ is preferred.

Experience with embedded software systems would be ideal.
