TouchBistro is seeking a Director, Demand Generation with extensive experience executing short and long-term go-to-market strategies at high growth B2B companies. This role will be responsible for shaping and executing our demand generation strategy to drive new customer/lead acquisition to grow our overall revenue.To be successful, you will have a passion for managing people, data, metrics and reporting, efficiency and scalability. You will work closely with stakeholders across all departments to define an ambitious strategy and to ensure we are building a pipeline to exceed our targets.Your Day-to-DayLead, motivate and develop a high performing Demand Generation team of Channel Specialists and Managers across Web Development, Marketing Operations, SEO, Paid Media, and Online AffiliatesOwn and develop the inbound demand generation strategy across multiple channels (ie. SEM, SEO, Online Affiliate, Paid Social and Website)Set clear KPIs and define measures of success, reporting on demand generation results and providing growth recommendationsBudget development, allocation and management across markets/channels to drive efficient and effective unit economics with a focus on ACV and ROIStrategic collaboration and alignment across marketing and salesGrowth focus to expand current markets and seek out new demand channelsAttract, develop and retain top talent throughout the DG teamAll About YouYou have 6 years in marketing with at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS demand generation activities3 years leading and developing a team of high-performing marketersYou have demonstrated success in building and scaling demand generation programs and campaignsYou must be analytical and able to extract meaning from data and use this to optimize a team''s approach and a company''s forecastYou have a unique blend of marketing operations, creative integrated marketing, analytics, people management, and project management expertiseHigh energy and the ability to manage people and multiple initiatives at onceExperience with CRMs and marketing automation tools.     Ontario is one of the thirteen provinces and territories of Canada. Located in Central Canada, it is Canada's most populous province, with 38.3 percent of the country's population, and is the second-largest province in total area. Ontario is the fourth-largest jurisdiction in total area when the territories of the Northwest Territories and Nunavut are included.
