As Director of Marketing you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company as we continue to lead innovation in adult sports worldwide. You will lead and be responsible for the strategy, development, execution, and ongoing-iteration of all Brodie League marketing initiatives. This is a full time role in person in Toronto. Open to hybrid applicants. If you are looking for a career in sports, looking to change athletes lives, and are ready to build a world class marketing machine from the ground up with your own systems, technology, and people, APPLY!RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and own all multi-channel marketing budgets and calendars Analyze our top-of-funnel marketing mix and figure out which channels to accelerate, which to eliminate, and which parts of the funnel to test, iterate, and optimize Identify and launch additional channels & programs, build playbooks to scale (e.g. Affiliate marketing, experiential marketing, strategic partnerships & co-branding, corporate sponsorships, etc.)Understand and manage important growth metrics per channel (e.g. CAC, LTV, AOV, Contribution Margin, retention, etc.)Work with creative teams to generate and manage creative assets to support marketing objectives Manage creation, distribution, systemization, and scaling of marketing content across applicable channels Build and lead marketing department including identifying, hiring, and oversight of required support staff including marketing managers, media managers, creatives, etc. RESULTS: KPIs will include a blend of effort, results, and quality-based metrics including but not limited to the performance of marketing campaigns Set and smash profitable-growth goals Create and deliver world class marketing machine REQUIREMENTS:3+ years experience leading marketing campaigns and teams Dynamic leadership skills with the ability to inspire growth opportunities Ability to dissect and use data to shape marketing strategy & optimization Upbeat attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with lots of autonomy Are process oriented and have clear systems for managing priorities and setting / achieving goals Located in or willing to relocate to Toronto Demonstration of sophisticated knowledge of A/B testing, UI/UX, copywriting, and customer behavior THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF...
