Job Summary
We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development professional to help fuel our growth. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building relationships with prospective clients, generating new leads, and setting high-quality meetings through proactive outreach. You’ll collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to uncover new opportunities and drive revenue growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment and is motivated by hitting — and exceeding — ambitious sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls, emails, and Linked In outreach to generate qualified meetings.
- Consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline goals.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify, engage, and qualify new leads.
- Develop deep knowledge of our value proposition to effectively communicate with potential clients.
- Stay adaptable and focused in a dynamic, performance-driven sales environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong time management and self-motivation.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive setting.
