Role Overview
As a Pinnacle Business Guide, you will work independently with entrepreneurial leadership teams to implement the foundational Pinnacle Principles™, facilitating strategic sessions that align vision, optimize execution, and strengthen company culture. You’ll be supported by a powerful community, proven tools, marketing resources, and a respected brand.
This role is ideal for experienced coaches, consultants, and/or entrepreneurs who want to grow their impact while maintaining control of their practice and time.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate structured strategic sessions with client leadership teams.
Guide organizations in applying Pinnacle’s 5 Foundational Principles and 80+ tools.
Build strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and results.
Continue developing your coaching practice with training, resources, and community support.
Qualifications
10+ years of business leadership, consulting, or executive coaching experience.
Proven ability to engage with senior leaders and executive teams.
Strong facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
