Our client is seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join their team in Calgary. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and elevating marketing initiatives of their clients. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique marketing needs, provide expert guidance, and equip them with the tools and resources necessary to achieve their marketing goals.

What you will be doing:

- Providing specialized business coaching and guidance to enhance marketing performance and strategies.
- Analyzing current marketing efforts, offering strategic feedback, and creating customized marketing plans aligned with clients' unique value propositions and goals.
- Serving as a marketing consultant, providing insights on brand positioning, target audience segmentation, marketing campaigns, and overall marketing strategies.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop personalized marketing tools, resources, and training programs.
- Staying current with marketing trends, best practices, and industry developments to offer cutting-edge guidance.
- Partnering with affiliates to bolster marketing initiatives.
- Crafting and delivering marketing content and presentations.
- Actively participating in events to cultivate meaningful relationships.

The experience you bring:

- A post-secondary education with a focus in Marketing.
- A minimum of 3 years in a senior marketing role, including experience in developing and implementing marketing plans.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and motivating others.
- Exhibit a track record of effectively solving complex and unique marketing challenges.
- Possess extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, brand development, market research, customer segmentation, and digital marketing.
- Proficiently execute successful marketing campaigns, utilizing social media platforms for marketing objectives, optimizing online presence, and harnessing data analytics for actionable marketing insights.
- Maintain composure and decisiveness in urgent situations.
- Take a proactive approach to initiate and drive positive change.
- Excel in collaboration, displaying a strong commitment to the team's overall success.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
