Job Title : Customer Service Representative
Location: Vaughan, ON
Job Type: Permanent
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000/year
Our client in Vaughan, ON is actively looking for a Customer Service Representati ve to join their team.
**MUST HAVE Automotive Manufacturing**
Position Description
- Follow up after hours via email, portals, or phone as needed.
- Handle all customer service duties per BOS Procedures (BOS 5/6)
- Pull and post EDI customer releases to the CMI system.
- Verify demand load accuracy before MRP run.
- Issue shipping worksheets to the Shipping Department in advance.
- Manage transportation, logistics, and premium freight for customer base.
- Coordinate quality concerns with engineers and address customer engineering changes.
- Provide on-call support during non-business hours.
- Adhere to IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Knowledge of automotive Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer shipping procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good basic math skills.
- Proficient in business applications.
- Knowledge of automotive Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer shipping procedures.
- Highly organized and efficient in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
- Available to work on Canadian statutory holidays.
- Work one weekend per month (remote Saturday, half-hour Sunday portal check)
