We are looking for a Part-Time Building Superintendent for our 62 units in Niagara Falls.

This job is suitable for a semi retired couple or someone that works from home and needs extra income.



Job description

Clean the common areas, cut the grass, shovel the snow in entrances and sidewalks, small maintenance etc.

Critical thinking, problem solving using facts and time management are needed, including coordinating, implementation of repairs and maintenance in an effective manner.



Responding to residents’ requests promptly, and assisting in all functions on site, with a team spirit and a positive attitude.



Responsible for operating and inspecting the building’s mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting and life safety systems.

Promotes and ensures energy and utility efficient operation of the building while not compromising on optimal conditions for building occupants’ safety, satisfaction and working environment.



Good handyman skills are required and will be an asset.



Strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to perform and monitor function smoothly.

Salary: $1800/month

Expected start date: June 1st.
