Some of the responsibilities of the Fleet Operations Manager job opening in Moncton, NB include, but are not limited to:

1. Responsible for managing outside maintenance subcontracting.
2. Coach, mentor and manage a small team of contracts specialists.
3. Report on status of repairs and in-service time for all equipment to the operations group.
4. Work with suppliers on technical issues to resolve downtime.
5. Manage all external repairs for our client including PO issue and cost management.
6. Manage outside vendor input for PO costs.
7. Accountable to drive efficiency through proper analysis of reports – PM Reports, On time PM Reports.
8. Participate on cost projections on Reconditioning of older equipment.
9. Other duties as may be assigned.

The job requirements for the Fleet Operations Manager job opening in Moncton, NB include:

1. Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent work experience
2. Previous experience in a business management and similar capacity in either fleet maintenance, transportation, or logisitics
3. Asset to those with experience supporting Canada-wide operations and working with dangerous goods

5. Advanced capabilities with MS Office, including MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
