What We Have to Offer: Comprehensive and competitive benefits package and flexibility that promotes work-life balance A work environment where all employees are valued, respected and safe Freedom to succeed by enabling team members to deliver, take initiatives and make decisions Recognition, professional development, advancement and having fun!Responsibilities include: Delivery of the Sensor Operator courses Ensure that training delivered is consistent with training objectives and teaching points in the training plan, per applicable training standards Reporting student progress, issues and deficiencies relative to the course delivery Ability to work autonomously to tackle a broad scope of tasks and requirements Ability to effectively deliver oral presentations to customers Ability to deliver synthetic environment training using simulators and other tools Ability to contribute to development of teaching aids and courseware Ability to perform elementary maintenance tasks working on ladders, small spaces, and maneuvering heavy equipment Ability to travel and work shifts/overtime when needed Mandatory qualifications include: Previous experience as a RCAF airborne electronic senior operator, air combat systems operator, or other similar trades Formal training in Instructional Techniques Familiar with quality standards, training plans, and training media used to ensure teaching points are met per Training Standards Eligibility to work in Canada either as a Canadian Citizen, a Permanent Resident or with a valid Work Permit Capable of obtaining and maintaining both Controlled Goods Clearance and a Government of Canada level 1 security clearance Physically able to perform manual labour tasks Desirable qualifications include: French language skills in order to be able to instruct in French Previous Military experience as a traffic technician Airbus 295 aircraft experience Experience with authoring and amending multi-media instructional courseware Does this sound like an interesting challenge for you?
