We are hiring a full-time irrigation technician. This is a physically demanding, high-responsibility job. We are looking for someone who is strong, reliable, and motivated to work. If you are not serious, do not apply.



This position requires full-time commitment, flexibility with hours, and the ability to work outdoors in all conditions. If you are loyal, hardworking, and show up every day with the right attitude, you will be paid well and treated with respect.



Responsibilities:



Digging trenches and installing irrigation lines

Setting up sprinkler systems and making on-site repairs

Operating hand and power tools

Organizing materials and equipment

Working on both residential and commercial job sites

Cleaning up and completing jobs efficiently and properly



Requirements:



Physically strong and able to work long hours

Valid G Driver’s License with reliable transportation

Must be able to start early in the mornings

Full-time availability, including weekends

Honest, loyal, and dependable

Fast learner who takes direction seriously

No drug use, no stealing, no excuses

Able to work in the heat, rain, or any condition

Willing to dig, lift, carry, and stay focused throughout the day



Compensation:

This is not a minimum wage job. Pay is based on your performance, speed, and work ethic.
