Position Summary The Manager, of Solutions Engineering position (MSE) is a technical sales leadership role, responsible for leading a Solutions Engineering team across Latin America. The MSE is tasked with enabling greater productivity among all the Solutions Engineers in his/her team. They are aligned to a business segment and support our sales and technology teams in achieving the sales goals (quota). They bring technical capabilities and business acumen to guide their teams on the most effective approach to better enabling their SE team in driving customer success into their assigned territories.
What you’ll do
Collaborate with theater-level sales leadership to develop and execute sales strategy, technology positioning, and execution priorities to accelerate how F5 solves customers challenges in the deployment and operation of their modern applications.
Play the role of evangelist, thought leader, mentor, and influencer for customers and their SE team.
Empower the team to think beyond the routine, embrace a customer success centric sales approach.
Coach, mentor and guide their team in achieving their goals.

How you’ll do it
Identify and assess technical and soft skill requirements of their SE team and provide opportunities, resources, and guidance to build and develop their capabilities.
Effectively partner with regional sales leaders to prioritize and execute towards their regional Sales strategies.
Develop and communicate the F5 solutions’ value proposition to customers and partners, assuming a lead support role in working with strategic accounts (customers) and strategic partners in collaboration with the Local Sales teams.
