After a recent internal promotion, they are now seeking a Project Coordinator to join their growing team in Surrey, BC.
As a Project Coordinator, you will be an integral part of a tight-knit, high-performing team managing large-scale wood frame multifamily developments. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will provide essential technical support throughout the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for providing assistance with scheduling, estimating, planning, and cost control, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.
Ideally this Developer is looking for at least 1(+) years of experience as a Project Coordinator working for a local General Contractor or Developer Builder. Prior experience working on wood frame residential projects considered an asset. A technical background such as a diploma in construction, engineering, carpentry, or a related field considered an asset.
