About the Role

As the Logistics & Fulfillment Specialist at EHPlabs, you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s success by supporting and executing end-to-end order fulfillment and logistics operations across the U. S. and Canada. You will work collaboratively with Supply Chain, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure the accurate, timely, and cost-effective execution of orders, inventory movements, and 3 PL operations in a fast-growing omnichannel environment.



This role is ideal for a highly capable, detail-oriented operator who thrives in execution, systems, and cross-functional coordination, and who is ready to grow into broader ownership over time.



Responsibilities
Develop and execute daily order management processes across B2 B, marketplaces, samples, RMAs, and internal transfers
Identify opportunities to improve fulfillment accuracy, SLA performance, freight efficiency, and data visibility
Build and maintain strong working relationships with 3 PL partners, logistics brokers, and internal stakeholders
Understand order-to-cash and inventory movement flows to ensure accurate system execution and documentation
Serve as the primary operational point of contact for order issues, backorders, and fulfillment discrepancies
Collaborate with Customer Experience, Sales, and Marketing to resolve delivery issues and support launches and promotions
Work closely with the Logistics Manager, Supply Planning, and Finance to support landed cost accuracy and inventory integrity
Coordinate transfer orders, WROs, UROs, ASNs, BOLs, and marketplace compliance documentation
Monitor OTIF, backorders, expiry risk, and warehouse SLAs and flag risks early
Prepare regular operational and KPI reporting for leadership and cross-functional teams
Provide order tracking, delivery documentation, and investigation support
Maintain organized, audit-ready logistics and compliance records
Ensure timely and accurate submission of ERP transactions (Net Suite), item receipts, fulfillments, lot and expiry tracking



About You
You bring 5+ years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain operations preferably within CPG, e-commerce, or distribution
You have a strong understanding of Net Suite and SPS-driven fulfillment and inventory flows
You will preferably have 3+ years experience using a TMS
You have a proven track record of hands-on order execution and 3 PL coordination
You have excellent ability to analyze operational data and resolve issues with urgency and structure
You have exceptional abilities to communicate clearly and partner cross-functionally
You are adept in SLA tracking, root-cause analysis, and process improvement
You’re proficient in Excel and operational reporting tools
You are organized, detail-driven, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling environment
You preferably have a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or another relevant degree
You're a team player with high attention to detail
You have strong written and verbal communication skills
