Looking for a " jack of all trades" to maintain commercial/industrial buildings. Must have extensive labour experience. Valid drivers license and clean abstract. Experience using hand and power tools. Work in Durham Region as well as Toronto. Landscaping experience a plus. Experience in framing, drywall, mudding, sanding, basic plumbing and electrical, cleaning, parking lot clean up, renovations, T-bar ceilings, flooring.
