I’m looking for a skilled, dependable handyman for 2-3 days of work at $20/hour cash paid each day to help with various outdoor and indoor maintenance tasks. Must have experience with lawn care, basic electrical, and general repairs. Some tasks may require assistance, but most can be done independently.



Tasks Include:

✔ Lawn Care: Spread 1-2 yards of soil/seed mix over the lawn.

✔ Bush Trimming: Square bush, tall bush, and bushes around metal shed/fence.

✔ Deck Maintenance: Sanding, cutting lines between boards, and staining or painting.

✔ Electrical Fix: Diagnose and repair a ground fault in drop ceiling wiring.

✔ Plumbing: Install a water pressure regulator.

✔ Outdoor Setup: Remove old umbrella and install new canopy/umbrella.

✔ Yard Cleanup: General tidying, possible deck sanding in backyard.

✔ Lighting Repair: Fix parallel lighting in crawl space.



Requirements:

• Own tools & transportation (I have tools if you don't).

• Knowledge of basic electrical/plumbing is a plus.

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently.



Location: South Ajax

Pay: $20/hour (negotiable for exceptional candidates).
